Greetings NCLCA,

Given the growing concern over the spread of COVID-19 throughout the United States, we wanted to provide an update regarding our annual conference. It is with great sadness that we inform you of the decision to cancel the 2020 Annual Conference in Salt Lake City. The tremendous uncertainly by health experts about the return to normalcy, coupled with the unknown financial impact that COVID-19 may continue to have on the fiscal health of campuses and learning center professionals nationally, were the primary drivers in our decision.

Despite the cancellation of this year’s annual conference, the NCLCA board will still host our annual business meeting in September in order to provide our membership with key reports (including our financial health), to swear in newly elected officers, and to vote on the acceptance of key resolutions. We will finalize the planning and announce a date for the annual business meeting later this summer.
